Chicken Wrap!

For each person you need:
*breast meat of a chicken
*lettuce
*cucumber
*carrot
*tortilla
*banbanji sause

1.) Put water, a slice of ginger and chopped Welsh onion into a steamer. After it is boiled, you put the chicken and steam it for 15 minutes. (put the skin side down)

2.) Take out the chicken, tear the chicken along the fiber. When it cools down, put it into the refrigerator for a while.

3.) Cut the cucumbers and carrots into fine strips. In a large fry pan with a little bit of oil, fry the tortilla lightly on both sides.

4.) After that, lay the lettuce on the tortilla and put on the chicken, cucumbers and carrots. Then put on Banbanji Sauce and you roll it!

Banbanji sauce
*5-6 Tablespoons of Sesame(Goma)Seeds
* 2 Tablespoons of Vinegar
* 3 Tablespoons of Sugar
*5-6 Tanlespoons of SoySauce(Shoyu)
*1/2 Tablespoons of HotPepperOil(Ra-yu)
* 1 Tablespoons of SesameOil
* 1 Clove of Garlic
* 1 Pinch of Ginger
*1/2 of a long, Welsh onion

1.) Grind the Sesame into Paste.

2.) Mix(in a mixer)Vinegae, Sugar, Sesame, Soy Sauce, Hot Pepper Oil, SesameOil,Garlic,Ginger.

3.)Finaly chop the long welsh onion and mix it with the ingredients in number 2.

Chicken Wrap is healthy, easy to make and delicious!
If you feel it difficult to make the Banbanji Sauce, you can use other dressings such as Thousand Island or French. Try it! Cooking is fun!
