Healthy Soup

Ingredients:carrots, onion, shrimp, welsh onion and hackberry

broth is made by using 1 pack of udon dashi, a few Tablespoons of cooking sake, alittle Jane's Crazy mixed-up Salt, plus the flavor made naturally from the boiled vegetables. Very easy! You should try this!

Okura Chicken with Cheese
ingredients:(for 4 people)

1 block MOMEN DOFU
1 medium-sized package niwatori minchi
2 Tablespoons roasted dry onion
2-3 Tablespoons Bacon Bits
1 egg
1 package chopped green onion
greted cheese
okra

Mix ingredients together and cook well in a fry pan, and divide ingredients into 4 dishes top with grated cheese and cooked okra. Then, put into microwave oven until completed heated through and cheese is melted.
