Salmon Saute

First, get a large fry pan and you put in some olive oil. While you are cooking the onions in it, put the salmon in the microwave to make sure that the inside is cooked. Next, put the salmon in the fry pan with onions and add some cherry tomatos and mushrooms; then add a little yuzu ponzu and put a lid on the fry pan, cooking it on low heat. Occasionally, take off the lid and gently stir until the salmon is browned and the tomatos and mushrooms are soft. That's all! You can have a nice dinner today!

Eggplant with- Soybean Paste

soybean paste
*red soybean paste
*sugar
*Japanese sake
*mirin(a sweet sake)
*soup stock
*vinegar

Cut the eggplant in half and slightly cut each one in a few places, then put them into water.
Put the ingredients of soybean paste alltogether into a bowl and put it into the microwave oven for 30 seconds(500W) and mix it very well.
Take out the eggplant from the water and wipe off the water. Then put on the salad oil and spread it throughly by hand.(spread it on the peel side, too)
Put the cut side up and place it on a plate and cover it, then put it in the microwave oven for 4 minutes. After that, you put the soybean paste on the eggplant and decorate with white sesame.

You can make this dish quickly in the microwave. It's high protein and much lower in calories than eggplant fried in oil. It's really easy to make!
